Let me explain the title to our blog.
Last year when my dad competed in the White Lake Triathlon (half-ironman distance) I asked all of Michael's grandchildren what they wanted to say to Big Daddy (Michael) - my nephew Hagin said his quote, which has continued to be our family's slogan for my dad, "Do Fast and Stuff".
